About the event
We are delighted to invite you to our 1st Annual General Assembly Meeting. Members will consider, among others, the annual report and financial statement for the year 2024, as well as the budget for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Approval of resolutions shall be adopted with majority votes of the Members present and those represented by proxy. A proxy may be appointed for voting by written notice only. Individual members are entitled to one vote. Corporate members have two votes.
We would like to remind you that, as per the Articles of Association of HBC, only Members who satisfy membership requirements and have paid the membership fee have the right to attend and vote in the Annual General Assembly of the Council.
